Online Alarm Registration Now Available 

The Garland Police Department will begin using a third-party partner, along with an online website, for the management of its alarm permitting and billing. The program used on the website is called CryWolf.

ALL alarm related services including: alarm permit registrations, renewals, and payments can be accomplished online or by mail. The Garland Police Alarm Unit will continue to assist residents as needed, in person, by phone, or by email.  Central Square Corporation will provide false alarms notifications, billing, and collections services. Central Square Corporation provides customer service support at 1-855-664-4346 from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

21 recruits of the Garland Police Academy Class #64 have begun their journey to become a Garland Police Officer.  Included in the class are 9 experienced (lateral) officers that have come from other police agencies.  Welcome to the family!

Exchange Zone (Video) - The Garland Police Department has established an "Exchange Zone" at police headquarters located at 1891 Forest Lane, Garland, TX. The Exchange Zone is designed to provide anyone who has made some kind of e-commerce transaction a meeting place in order to conduct their exchange.  For more information call 972-485-4868.
