Housing and Community Services

The City of Garland's Housing and Community Services Department administers and supports housing repair and development programs, social service programs and economic development programs that benefit low income persons in Garland. 

Housing and Community Services annually receives grant funds from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.  The Department administers three primary HUD grants:
