The City of Garland is proposing improvements to Shiloh Road from Kingsley Road to Miller Road.
As part of the 2019 Bond Program, voters approved improvements to several roadways within Garland to help alleviate traffic congestion and improve mobility. One of the roadway projects is the reconstruction of Shiloh Road (between Kingsley Road and Miller Road) from a four-lane divided thoroughfare to a six-lane divided thoroughfare. The total length of the proposed project is approximately 1.08 miles, and the proposed project would require approximately 2.0 acres of additional new right-of-way, approximately 1.4 acres of utility easements, and approximately 0.8 acres of temporary construction easements.
Written comments from the public regarding the proposed project are requested and may be submitted by any of the following methods:
Mail: STV Inc. Attn: Kelly Saladis 1820 Regal Row, Suite 200, Dallas, Texas 75235
All comments must be postmarked or received by Friday, Sept. 8, 2023. Responses to general project questions and comments received will be available online once they have been prepared.
