CGTV-Government Access Television

Welcome to the livestream for our official City of Garland television channel, CGTV. You can also watch us on Spectrum Channel 16, Frontier Channel 44 and AT&T Uverse Channel 99. All City Council Work Sessions and Regular Meetings, as well as Plan Commission Meetings, are broadcast live and also replayed on CGTV. Live and on-demand closed captioning, in both English and Spanish, is available for all Garland City Council Work Sessions and Regular Meetings, as well as Plan Commission Meetings. 

Captions can be activated by hovering over the "CC" button at the bottom of the video player window and selecting "CC1" for English captions or "CC2" for Spanish captions. When watching live on your television, captions must be enabled in order to view them. Most remote controls will have a "CC" button to open captioning options.
