Garland city officials have declared Stage 2 drought response measures in effect at this time. Residents and businesses are allowed to water their lawns twice a week on Tuesdays and Saturdays. - No outdoor irrigation between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
- Newly-installed irrigations systems must be equipped with rain and freeze sensors
- Watering with a hand-held hose, soaker hose or drip irrigation is allowed at any time
