The City of Garland uses an annual, consolidated grant process for funding of its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership, and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG). It relies on citizen input to decide what the specific goals, and projects and priorities should be for the upcoming grant year. Please provide your input by either:
1)Attending one of three public meetings; and/or,
2)Filling out the citizen survey in either English or Spanish.
Three identical information sessions will be held on the following dates for prospective applicants to learn more about the grant application process:

APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BACK TO THE CITY NO LATER THAN MARCH 4, 2016
Applications are accepted on an annual basis for CDBG, HOME and ESG funding. All agencies wishing to apply for grant funding must attend one of the technical assistance meetings that has been scheduled for February 10 and 11 at 2:00p.m. in the City of Garland Bluebonnet Room located at 800 Main Street. Applications will be made available applicants wishing to apply on February 10, 2016.
