The City Secretary Department's mission is to facilitate, support and enhance the efforts of the City Council to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of their office and the ability of the general public to acquire and access public records and information.

Early voting for the May 6 election will begin April 24 and end May 2. Early voting locations will be announced in 2017.
Jan. 18 First day for filing an application for a place on the ballot
Feb. 17 Last day for filing an application for a place on the ballot
March 22 First day to mail early ballots, if available
April 6 Last day for submitting voter registration application in time for the election
April 24 First day for early voting by personal appearance
April 25 Last day to receive application by mail for a ballot to be voted by mail
May 2 Last day of regular early voting by personal appearance
May 6 Election Day 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
