Garland is known for its strong sense of community, which always comes through during difficult times. The City of Garland’s Library staff, in partnership with local churches, businesses, nonprofits and other volunteers have been distributing bottled water since Friday.
If you need bottled water, the drive-through at Central Library, 625 Austin St., will be open Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
