Fence Requirements

• All fences may not extend higher than 10 feet.
• All zoning designations determine the type and location of fencing allowed.
• All Industrial-zoned properties may have fencing around the entire property. Additionally, the fencing may have up to three single strands of barbed wire (no razor wire and no coiled barbed wire) where the property is not adjacent to a residential neighborhood.
• All other Commercial-zoned properties may not have fencing that extends past the front of the building nor may they have any barbed wire.
